General Terms & Conditions Section 01

Aec365 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving members in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between aec365 and its members. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these terms before using any aec365 service.

By accessing aec365 through its website, mobile version, or any other means, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using aec365's services.

Aec365 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Account Registration Section 02

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on aec365. aec365 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or misleading information. Your name, date of birth, address, and contact details must all be correct.

Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. AEC365 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

• Your account password must be strong and kept confidential.
• Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any security issues with your account must be reported to aec365 support immediately.
• Verifying the phone number or email provided at registration is mandatory.
• Withdrawal limits may apply if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

Aec365 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Completing this process helps secure your account and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Age & Eligibility Section 03

Aec365 enforces strict age verification to prevent minors from accessing its gaming services. Any account created using a false age will have all associated transactions and winnings voided.

To be eligible to use aec365's services, you must not reside in a country or region where online betting is prohibited by law. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the local laws of your own country.

Deposits & Payments Section 04

Deposits on aec365 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Each deposit method has minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (may vary by method).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• For deposit issues, contact support with proof of payment.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Aec365 may suspend or investigate any transaction it considers suspicious.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits on aec365. Depositing through another person's account or card may result in the funds being confiscated and the account being closed.

Withdrawal Rules Section 05

To make a withdrawal from aec365, your account must have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have limited withdrawal capacity or withdrawals may be blocked entirely.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Aec365 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal payment if irregularities or suspected fraud are detected during processing, until further verification is completed.

Bonuses & Promotions Section 06

Aec365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and it is important to read them carefully before claiming. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires 3x to 30x wagering (varies by bonus).
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Aec365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• Free bets and cashback offers are subject to specific validity periods and terms.

Betting Rules Section 07

All betting rules on aec365 are set in accordance with international standards. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check everything before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet amounts are specified within each respective section.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, AEC365 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• During live betting, AEC365 may update odds at any time.
• In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, the entire bet will be reassessed.
• Bets may be voided if evidence of match-fixing or any other irregularity is found.

Aec365 may place any bet under review if suspicious betting patterns are detected. Payouts may be delayed while a review is in progress. This process exists to protect all members.

Prohibited Activities Section 08

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aec365 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Conducting any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the aec365 system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or misusing the account credentials of other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing or threatening aec365 staff members.

If aec365 detects such activity, it will immediately suspend the account, void all bonuses and winnings, and may take legal action where necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension Section 09

Aec365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, the member will be informed and given an explanation before the account is closed.

You may also request a temporary or permanent closure of your account through aec365 support. Upon closure, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (unused for 12 months).
• To reactivate a closed account, please contact support.
• Accounts closed due to fraud will not be reinstated.

Responsible Gaming Section 10

• Aec365 allows you to set deposit limits, bet limits, and session limits.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently self-exclude if needed.

Dispute Resolution Section 11

If a dispute arises between aec365 and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team. Most issues are resolved within 7 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the matter will be referred to AEC365's licensing authority. AEC365 is committed to resolving all disputes through a fair and transparent process.

• Please include the relevant transaction ID and screenshots when submitting a complaint.
• Aec365's decisions are final and binding on all parties.
• Accounts or funds related to an ongoing dispute may be temporarily placed on hold.

Terms Updates Section 12

Aec365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or through the platform.
